| Chuck Holt is a lawyer and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He splits his time between Investeco and Greenchip. For Investeco he is involved in portfolio company due diligence and contract management. He is also oversees certain administrative and legal matters for both companies. Chuck practiced corporate/commercial law at a Toronto-based law firm, before which he earned an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. For several years, Chuck has also assisted in the management of the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
