Most environmental funds offered around the world employ an SRI or ESG strategy. Since these funds invest in almost every sector, they always contain environmentally neutral and even harmful companies, and generally have little chance to outperform broad indexes. In contrast, Greenchip’s multi-sector approach only invests in companies that solve environmental challenges, but is still diversified across several industries.
